Privacy Policy

At Brexavo S.A. ("Brexavo", "we") we process your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its complementary regulations and Law No. 27,699 (Convention 108+). This policy describes what data we collect, for what purposes, for how long and which rights you can exercise.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Brexavo S.A., Tax ID 30-71765432-4, with registered office at Av. Del Libertador 6250, floor 8, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can reach us on privacy matters at hola@brexavo.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect: (a) identification data you enter into forms (name, email); (b) technical data about your device, browser and IP address; (c) navigation data on brexavo.com through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes of processing
We use the data to: send you informational content and newsletters; respond to enquiries; measure site usage; comply with legal and regulatory obligations in force in Argentina; and improve the quality of the information published on real estate crowdlending.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (Art. 5 Law 25,326), on the fulfilment of applicable legal obligations and on Brexavo's legitimate interest in operating the site and preventing improper use.
5. Data retention
We retain your data while a relationship with you exists, until you request its deletion or during the periods required by applicable Argentine regulations, after which they are blocked and securely deleted.
6. Transfers and processors
We may engage data processors (hosting, email delivery and analytics providers) located in Argentina or in countries with an adequate level of protection. In those cases we require contractual safeguards in line with Argentine regulations.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition set forth in Law 25,326 by writing to hola@brexavo.com, proving your identity. You may also submit complaints to the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP), the supervisory authority in Argentina.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit and internal access controls.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be published at brexavo.com/en/privacy with its last updated date.
