These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the access to and use of the site brexavo.com, owned by Brexavo S.A., Tax ID 30-71765432-4, with registered office at Av. Del Libertador 6250, floor 8, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. By using the site, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Purpose of the site
Brexavo publishes informational content on real estate crowdlending in Argentina, analysis of the housing market and news about real estate projects. The site does not constitute a public offering nor personalised investment advice within the meaning of Argentine Law No. 26,831 on Capital Markets.
2. Permitted use
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is forbidden to attempt to access restricted areas, extract data through automated means without authorisation, or use the content to mislead third parties.
3. Content and no advisory
The information published is of a general and informational nature. It does not replace professional financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Any decision to participate in a project is the sole responsibility of the user, who must assess their objectives, time horizon and risk profile.
4. Risks
Real estate crowdlending involves risks, including construction delays, cost overruns, regulatory changes and the possibility of partial or total loss of the capital contributed to each project. Historical or estimated returns do not guarantee future results.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. In case of any dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
